Christmas charades to create customer engagement

Mixing Cutting Technology & Festivity to create customer engagement has launched a new chatbot on FB Messenger starring the brand’s mascot, Captain Obvious, in where users are invited to play a game of charades.

Chabot’s are combining machine learning, natural language programming and AI thereby creating opportunities for brands to drive sales through enhanced customer service.

Alex Budin, head of tech at CP&B, said: “The seemingly basic capabilities of the Captain Obvious bot – playing charades with you, albeit in an entirely offbeat way – mask a complex and advanced application of bot insight, technology and creativity for brands.”

The game, “Obvious charades“, sends players a series of GIFs where the Captain acts out the clues from the traditional parlour game.This is an excellent example of using technology & christmas charades to create customer engagement.#merrychristmas
